Activities Description
The Apprentice Challenge This is by no means a standard team building activity! An exciting team challenge, ending with a full open review of each team's performance, which takes into account our judges view, to decide who wins and who loses or should I say "who gets fired".
Vintage Cars and Adventures in Time An exciting outdoor team activity with mediaeval castles, ancient burial sites, monasteries, high crosses, re-created 19th century villages, folk parks and ...even mythical Irish creatures. Using vintage cars - have a fun "adventure in time".
Da Vinci Code Scavenger Hunt The DaVinci Code challenge will take your team through the historic and religious sites of your location of choice in The Shannon Region on your Quest for the Holy Grail. It is based on the bestselling book and hit movie. This is a very unusual and fantastic event for any group!
Dragons Den- Irish Style This is based on the BBC hit show where your team becomes Venture Capitalists for an afternoon. We will set up the criteria and put you through your paces in relation to the development of a business concept which will stand the scrutiny of our experienced Panel of Local Business leaders in your team's challenge to acquire Finance for your team's project or concept.
Medieval Banquets & Irish Nights Almost all year round you can enjoy the experience of a medieval banquet or an Irish night in on one of three fantastic Irish venues, Bunratty Castle, Knappogue Castle and the corn barn in Bunratty folk park.
An Irish Wake themed dinner It is said that Irish Wakes were far merrier than weddings! This hilarious theme night for teams takes a backward glance at a rural Irish wake with a difference! Your guests could find themselves embroiled in a legal battle over land, answering the prayers of the dead and mingling all with sorts of intriguing characters!
Learn to Irish Dance An interactive session which introduces your team to Irish music and dance. It's a crash course in Irish dance, song, bodhran, hand drums, spoons and side drums. An instructor then forms a group which would include using Irish musical percussion instruments to play and traditional dancing with some singing as well.
Dolphin watching Boat Trips Take your team and a boat to meet the Shannon Dolphins, A unique Shannon Region experience. Ireland's only resident group of bottlenose dolphins live in the Shannon Estuary. There are over 100 of these magnificent mammals and they can be observed, on most days, feeding, travelling or playing in the Shannon Estuary.
The Wondrous Burren, Co. Clare The geology, flora, caves, archaeology and history of the Burren set it apart as a place of great mystery and beauty. In a small 100 square mile area, there are majestic rivers, brooding castles, tranquil lakes, towering cliffs, lush green valleys, barren rock mountains, rare plants, green road walks - and everywhere relics of ancient civilization. Perfect for incentive travel!
The Awesome Cliffs of Moher The Awesome Cliffs of Moher are Ireland's top scenic visitor attraction and an incredible experience. They are 8 km long and 214 meters high and stand against the might of the Atlantic Ocean. O'Brien's Tower, located on the highest cliff, is an exceptional viewing point. The Cliffs can be visited year-round.
